Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Travel position Every other holiday rotation 2 out of 6 weekends required
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in Iowa One or more years' recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred Demonstrated adaptability in new clinical settings Proficiency with electronic medical records and up-to-date documentation practices Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective patient care in accordance with nursing standards and best practices Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to manage patient treatment plans and ensure quality outcomes Perform and document assessments, interventions, and evaluations with attention to detail Provide education and emotional support for patients and their families Uphold high professional standards and contribute to a positive, compassionate care environment
