Schedule/Hours:

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30

AM Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Previous experience in Med/Surg, Orthopedic, and Telemetry nursing required Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Flexibility to float to other units or care sites as needed Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and patient care needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in orthopedic, medical-surgical, and telemetry units Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards Adapt to fluctuations in census, including down-staffing or assignment to alternative units to meet operational requirements
