Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Immerse yourself in the welcoming charm of Nicholasville, Kentucky—a gateway to the Bluegrass region, renowned for its scenic rural landscapes, vibrant local culture, and warm hospitality. As a traveling MRI professional, you'll not only advance your career by supporting a dynamic imaging department, but also enjoy the rare opportunity to explore one of Kentucky's most inviting communities during your time off. This position presents an excellent way to expand your professional network and build new skills while partnering with a diverse team at a facility known for its teaching and Trauma Level 1 status. Schedule:
3 x 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm Days off vary, no call required
Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) certification and BLS required Minimum 2 years of MRI experience Solid understanding of MRI safety, including implant research and scanning compliance Proficiency with Siemens MR systems required Confident working with anesthesia and pediatric populations Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility experience preferred Epic and PACS familiarity preferred Local travelers within 75 miles not eligible
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures while prioritizing patient safety Research implants and follow stringent MRI scanning guidelines Deliver care to anesthesia and pediatric patients with empathy and precision Utilize Siemens MR equipment, maintaining top imaging standards Document and communicate effectively within the Epic and PACS systems
