Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Advance your career in medical imaging by joining a well-equipped healthcare setting with access to advanced MRI technology. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostic images alongside a skilled team, supporting patient care and contributing to timely and accurate diagnoses.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Radiology Technologist program with a current MRI certification (ARRT or equivalent) Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and conducting a variety of MRI procedures Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols related to MRI imaging Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and interdisciplinary teams Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and adhering to organizational procedures Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans according to physician orders while ensuring patient comfort and safeguarding safety at all stages Stay updated with the latest clinical protocols to optimize imaging quality and efficiency Prepare, position, and monitor patients during MRI procedures, providing clear explanations and addressing questions or concerns Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, following guidelines for cleanliness and functionality Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality, infection control, and facility policies This contract position offers the opportunity to expand your technical skills in a supportive and professional healthcare environment.
