Job Description
Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant community of Brookfield, WI, where a unique blend of urban attractions and tranquil green spaces awaits. A travel MRI imaging assignment here provides not only stunning opportunities to explore this welcoming Midwestern hub but also offers substantial professional growth. Working within a high-acuity, reputable medical facility recognized for its Magnet designation, Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, and Primary Stroke Center status, you'll expand your repertoire while collaborating with exceptional healthcare leaders and clinicians. As a valued member of the imaging team, you'll gain exposure to a broad patient population—ranging from neuro and oncology cases to musculoskeletal, ventilated, sedated, cardiac, and patients with implantable devices. The experience here will enhance your clinical skills, deepen your proficiency with cutting-edge MRI technologies (including GE Discovery 750W and Siemens platforms), and add distinctly valuable leadership, teamwork, and workflow experiences to your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
Weekend rotation: Maximum every 3rd weekendOn-call:
Saturday/Sunday nights (2100-0630); backup on-call (0630-2100) Rotating weekday/weekend on-call responsibility (~once every 8 weeks) Compensatory weekday off when working weekend on-call 30-minute response time for on-callQualifications:
3-5 years MRI experience with above-listed patient populations ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification BLS certification Proficient with GE and Siemens MRI equipment Experience using EPIC and McKesson PACS Comfort with both inpatient and outpatient MRI Team player; first-time travelers encouragedKey Responsibilities:
Perform advanced MRI procedures in a high-volume environment (250-300 patients weekly) Collaborate with Lead Tech, Imaging Assistants, and multidisciplinary teams Deliver patient-centered care and ensure safe imaging for complex patient cohorts Chart accurately and efficiently withinEPIC Benefits & Travel Perks:
