Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Seeking an experienced MRI technologist for a contract opportunity supporting a busy imaging department. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has a strong background in MRI procedures, and can independently manage complex inpatient studies.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 13-week assignment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as an MRI technologist Certification by ARRT (MRI) Valid BLS certification Demonstrated proficiency with inpatient MRI studies Experience with Cerner preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a broad spectrum of MRI scans for inpatients, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff to coordinate patient care Operate MRI equipment efficiently under high patient volumes Accurately document imaging information in Cerner EMR Adhere to safety protocols and infection control requirements Provide exceptional, compassionate care while maintaining professionalism This is an outstanding chance to leverage your MRI expertise while contributing to a dynamic imaging team.
