You'll collaborate with a variety of clinical teams and gain valuable insights by working in a dynamic Level IV Trauma and Primary Stroke Center. Expand your resume with hands-on experience serving both inpatient and outpatient populations, and observe diverse workplace practices—including the latest in MRI technology and leadership styles. Exposure to sophisticated imaging equipment and workflow will strengthen both your technical and interpersonal skills.
Schedule/Hours:
Weekend rotation: one weekend per month Flexible requests for up to 7 days off per assignment Participation in department on-call rotationKey Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients Operate Siemens Sola 1.5T and Skyra 3T MRI scanners (experience with these models is especially valued) Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation Ensure all MRI safety practices are strictly followed, including proper implant workup Initiate peripheral IVs and administer IV contrast as required Foster compassionate communication with patients and team members Collaborate with the department supervisor and broader clinical teamPreferred Qualifications:
BLS certification ARRT (MR registered) At least 1 year of MRI technologist experience (first-time travelers may be considered) Strong knowledge of MRI principles, safety, and contrast administration Effective interpersonal and communication abilitiesWhat's Offered:
