Schedule/Hours:

Travel contract (assignments with variable shifts based on facility needs) On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts Opportunity to float to other departments within scope

Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license and eligibility to practice in Colorado Minimum of one year recent experience in a Level

III/IV NICU

setting BLS and NRP certifications required Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills Adaptability and willingness to float to similar units as needed

Responsibilities:

Independently perform and delegate nursing and medical functions to the highest standards Continually assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal care Provide comprehensive health teaching, counseling, and support to families Develop, review, and monitor patient therapy and treatment plans Ensure precise and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer patients for additional care as necessary Promote facility mission, vision, and values through compassionate patient-centered care
