Travel assignment (shifts and scheduling to be discussed during interview)Qualifications:
Current RN license, eligible in Colorado Minimum of 1-2 years' recent experience in a LevelIII/IV NICU
required BLS and NRP certifications required Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Willingness to float to other departments as neededKey Responsibilities:
Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical activities per state and facility standards Consistently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonatal patients Provide health education, supportive therapies, and restorative treatments Consult, supervise, and teach as appropriate to enhance patient care Refer for further evaluation or treatment as needed Document care accurately and comply with all regulatory guidelines Utilize resources efficiently and promote facility values May be required to participate in on-call rotation or float to additional departments within competencyBenefits & Perks:
