Schedule/Hours:
Day shift: Friday, Saturday, and one variable weekday
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license with NICU Level IV and surgical care experience Current PALS (required); NRP (preferred) Familiarity with diagnoses such as CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, BPD, and pulmonary hypertension Commitment to a nicotine-free policy (testing required) Must pass comprehensive drug screening Annual influenza vaccination required (no exceptions)
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neonates Collaborate with healthcare team members in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and support staff Support pre-, peri-, and post-operative care for neonates undergoing advanced surgical intervention
