Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT-N) Prior experience operating nuclear imaging equipment in a healthcare setting Proficient in imaging protocols, radiopharmaceutical handling, and radiation safety Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality nuclear medicine procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established standards Ensure accurate patient identification, proper documentation, and patient safety throughout procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver optimal patient care Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed Comply with regulatory and hospital policies
