Job description We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN for a Stepdown unit in Springfield, IL, near Rockford. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $2,281 to $2,426 per week. As a Travel Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients transitioning from intensive care to less acute settings, ensuring smooth recovery and stability. Key Responsibilities Include Monitoring patient vital signs and clinical status Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educating patients and families on post-discharge care Documenting patient progress accurately and timely Skills required include strong clinical assessment abilities, excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
