Job Description

In this role as an Occupational Therapist, you'll thrive in a multidisciplinary acute care and outpatient environment, primarily focused on orthopedics. You'll have the chance to work with orthopedic cases, including hands, elbows, and shoulders, while expanding your skill set in acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings. With exposure to diverse diagnoses like orthopedic injuries, CVA, MS, and head trauma, this is an exceptional cornerstone for building your professional resume and broadening your practice across multiple settings.
Schedule:
4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday No weekends or major holidays
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license BLS certification Solid clinical experience in orthopedics (hands, elbows, shoulders) Experience with acute inpatient, acute rehab, and outpatient (especially OP ortho) Familiarity with documentation systems (ReDoc for OP, Meditech for acute) Lymphedema training is a valuable plus
Core Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for orthopedic and neurological patients Collaborate with rehab aides and other interdisciplinary team members Contribute to safe transitions across settings (inpatient to outpatient) Complete thorough documentation in ReDoc and Meditech Maintain professional dress standards; scrubs required, no denim
