Position Details & Schedule 13-week travel assignment 4x10-hour shifts, 07:30-18:00 (rotating weekends, occasional holiday coverage) Initial 2-3 days of focused department orientation (onboarding may require M-F 8-hour shifts) Acute inpatient and rehab caseloads, occasional ICU coverage based on experience Key Qualifications Active OT state licensure required BLS certification required Minimum of 1 year of acute inpatient or rehab OT experience Comfortable with a patient load of 10-12 per day; adaptable to both rehab and inpatient environments Familiarity with EMR systems (preferably EPIC) Open to first-time travelers Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive occupational therapy interventions for adult patients Collaborate closely with rehab aides and multidisciplinary teams Flex coverage between acute inpatient and rehab areas as needed Maintain thorough documentation and care plans Benefits & Unique Perks Premium, tax-advantaged travel stipends Full travel assistance for seamless relocation Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) options ensuring security Access to a wide range of professional growth opportunities Expand your clinical scope while getting paid to discover a unique region to embrace this exceptional travel role in Twin Falls.
