Job Description

Join a collaborative surgical team in Twin Falls, Idaho, where you'll practice in a hospital-employed setting and deliver comprehensive vascular care to a growing community. You'll be part of a well-supported environment that values teamwork, continuity of care, and excellent patient outcomes. What you'll do Work full-time in a hospital-based vascular surgery role at a Level III Trauma Center Manage the full spectrum of vascular cases—acute and elective, arterial and venous Participate in a structured call rotation alongside a multidisciplinary team Rely on 24/7 support from experienced advanced practice providers and hospital staff Practice within an employed model that includes full administrative and operational support Who we're looking for Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Active Idaho medical license or ability to obtain one Current ACLS and BLS certifications Preferably a minimum of 2 years post-residency experience Demonstrated experience with trauma, emergent, and elective vascular procedures Compensation & benefits Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contribution CME allowance and paid time off Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance, if applicable About Twin Falls Twin Falls offers an excellent quality of life with a low cost of living, abundant outdoor recreation, and a tight-knit community—an ideal place to grow your surgical career while maintaining strong work-life balance.
