Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - OT Job Type Travel Make a difference in a dynamic hospital environment, providing occupational therapy services to a diverse group of patients with varying rehabilitation needs. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in modern, well-equipped therapy gyms and support individuals on their journey to improved function and independence.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience in a hospital or acute care therapy setting strongly preferred Proven ability to assess, plan, and implement patient-centered treatment plans Competence in working with a high volume of skilled patients Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized goals and occupational therapy plans Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to support patient recovery and maximize independence Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals for coordinated care Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs Document all assessments, interventions, and progress according to facility standards Contribute to a positive and efficient therapy environment utilizing state-of-the-art equipment
