Role Overview:
As an Amazon Brand/Account Manager at SellerSlice, you will own the full scope of client accounts while applying strong Amazon PPC expertise to drive performance. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on campaign management and strategic PPC insight with exceptional client communication, project management, and end-to-end account ownership. You will lead initiatives that improve traffic, conversion rates, cart size, and overall brand visibility, ensuring seamless integration of efforts across teams to maximize client success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Craft and implement comprehensive Amazon brand strategies that align with our clients' business goals. Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities.
Amazon PPC Campaign Management:
Build and manage Amazon PPC campaigns using AI based tools. Compile performance data and market insights, curate them into clear strategic recommendations, and confidently deliver these strategies and results to clients during account calls. Own PPC as an integral part of full account performance.
Growth and Optimization:
Drive initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement on the Amazon platform. Oversee product listings and content optimization to enhance search rankings and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis:
Utilize advanced analytics to monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data. Provide actionable insights that propel brand growth.
Collaborative Excellence:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (including dedicated PPC Specialists) to synchronize strategies and actions. Your ability to lead and integrate the efforts of diverse teams is crucial.
Expected Previous Experience:
Amazon PPC Expertise:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building and managing Amazon PPC campaigns. Proficient in compiling data, developing strategic recommendations, presenting insights to clients, and using PPC tools and AI tools for campaign creation, optimization, and performance management. Proven Excellence in
Project Management and Communication:
Exceptional ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Amazon Platform Expertise:
Minimum of 4 years of Amazon Seller Central and 2 years of Vendor Central experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the Amazon marketplace, including SEO, and inventory management.
E-commerce Strategy Development:
Experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, particularly within the Amazon platform, including understanding market trends and consumer behavior to drive brand success.
Client Relationship Management:
Demonstrable experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
