Qualifications/Experience Desired:
Active Illinois OT license, valid for the 26/27 school year Experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred Proficiency in fine and gross motor skills strategies Comfortable managing diverse caseloads across multiple campuses Dedicated to supporting students' academic and functional independence
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver OT services for 9th grade through Transition-aged students Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service teams Travel between cooperative sites as needed for student needs Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines Staff hours: M-F, 7:30-3:00, with a 30-minute duty-free lunch
