hospital-based rehabilitation department (inpatient and outpatient) Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings Develop and implement individualized OT plans of care focusing on activities of daily living, functional mobility, independence, and discharge planning Conduct ongoing reassessments, document progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with the rehab team (physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing) to coordinate care and communicate patient status Deliver OT services across a caseload that may include orthopedic, neurological, developmentally delayed pediatric, and musculoskeletal-related needs; participate in home care and local school visits as needed Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, safety, and activity modifications to support continued progress Requirements Active occupational therapy license (state-specific licensure) with eligibility for Montana licensure if not currently licensed in MT Experience providing OT in inpatient and outpatient rehab settings; exposure to orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric populations preferred Ability to work in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting with both inpatient and outpatient services Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and to operate in a coverage model that may include home and school visits as part of caseload Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Benefits and Support Housing assistance available for the assignment Support from the staffing organization throughout the assignment Find more opportunities Interested in other travel OT openings?
