hospital-based therapy department with inpatient and outpatient services Housing assistance available Responsibilities Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Implement physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and pediatric conditions; utilize modalities as appropriate (pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, dry needling, etc.). Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate care, set goals, and adjust treatment plans. Document patient progress in medical records, communicate findings to the care team, and support discharge planning and referrals to home care or school-based services as appropriate. Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and post-discharge expectations; participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives as needed. Requirements Eligible to work in the United States; ability to travel and adapt to multiple care settings (inpatient and outpatient). Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. Ability to work in a hospital-based therapy environment across diverse patient populations.
