With one therapist per day and a patient base of 8 to 10, enjoy autonomy and the chance to make a direct impact. The department uses EPIC EMR, and you'll have structured orientation to ease your transition. If census is low, be prepared to float to a nearby facility, widening your experience and network.

Schedule:

5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (0830-1700) Onboarding schedule requires M-F availability Holiday coverage may occasionally be needed

Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapy license and BLS certification At least 1 year of acute inpatient or rehab experience (first-time travelers encouraged to apply) Experience with ortho, neuro, and medical patient populations preferred Comfort with EPIC charting or willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

Deliver OT interventions for acute inpatient and swing bed patients Work independently to manage daily caseload Collaborate with interprofessional teams and supervisors Float to a nearby facility as required based on census
