Fort Pierce's healthcare community is known for its advanced practices and award-winning departments, including a Level 2 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level 2 & 3 NICU, PICU, and CARF-accredited 50-bed Inpatient Rehab Facility. Schedule/Hours:

Day shift only, no on-call requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Active OT license Current BLS certification Acute care experience preferred, but new travelers are welcome Adaptable to a fast-paced environment Comfortable functioning independently Proficient with Meditech & Redoc documentation systems Willingness to wear gray scrubs

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough occupational therapy evaluations and deliver comprehensive treatments Manage a caseload of up to 8 evaluations in an 8-hour shift Provide care using portable acute care equipment Document patient progress and outcomes accurately Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
