Flexible shifts to accommodate travel rolesQualifications/Experience Desired:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain) Previous hospital-based occupational therapy experience preferred Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills Exceptional communication and patient-centered care abilities Adaptability to rapidly changing clinical prioritiesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes Provide therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery, mobility, and independence Document care plans and progress according to facility standards Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and ongoing careOutstanding Perks and Benefits:
