Schedule/Hours:

Five days a week, 8-hour shifts Flexibility required to occasionally incorporate weekends as part of their shift

Qualifications:

Current Florida Occupational Therapy license required Minimum 6 months experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, or inpatient rehabilitation setting Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and efficient time management skills Must be comfortable working in grey scrubs

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality 1:1 therapy using the latest equipment in the IP Rehab Unit Document patient progress within the Meditech system Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and experience Adapt quickly while floating primarily within the
