Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy (B.S. or M.S. required) Active registration by the State of Michigan as an Occupational Therapist Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association (recommended) Previous hospital experience preferred Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary occupational therapy services under the direction of the Manager of Inpatient Therapy Services Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient rehabilitation Educate patients and families on therapy goals and recovery Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
