Schedule:

10-hour days, 0630-1700, four shifts per week 1-2 weekends required within every three-month period 3-6 days of on-call responsibilities per three months Holidays as needed per unit requirements Orientation includes onsite and virtual Epic training across the first week

Key Qualifications:

Active KS RN license or Compact RN license AHA BLS certification required Minimum of one year of experience in operating rooms with exposure to general surgery, robotics, ortho, GU/GYN, ENT, and plastics Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment; floating not required Not open to new graduate

RNs Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver proficient perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties Collaborate efficiently within a multidisciplinary surgical team Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in continuous learning opportunities
