Qualifications:

Active RN license and

BLS/ACLS

certification required Minimum 2 years of recent stepdown/PCU experience in similarly sized facilities Proficiency with cardiac drips: Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors Experience caring for STEMI, NSTEMI, and CTS patients Familiarity with

EPIC EMR

Professional photo for credentialing/badge Comfortable floating between PCU and telemetry floors

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to cardiac stepdown patients Administer cardiac drips, monitor patient progress, and document in EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple units Adapt to varying patient acuity levels and workplace styles Ensure patient safety and best practices at all times
