Key Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Recent clinical experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit Proficiency in

EPIC EMR

preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience precepting or mentoring peers (a plus)

Provide comprehensive care to stepdown level patients in coordination with an interdisciplinary team Contribute clinical expertise to patient assessments, plans, and outcomes Manage transitions of care and communicate effectively with patients and families Adapt to evolving unit needs, including potential floating to local campuses as required
