- Travel assignment
- Full-time hours, flexible as per hospital needs
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in MA or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital therapy setting preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and modify patient treatment plans
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compliance and upholding professional and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and implement individualized treatment plans
- Direct, delegate, and coordinate all discipline-specific therapy services
- Design functional programs for patient community reintegration
- Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure compliance with policy and regulation
- Promote and adhere to organizational safety and quality standards
- Participate in student learning programs and foster professional growth
