Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in MA or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital therapy setting preferred
• Ability to develop, implement, and modify patient treatment plans
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to compliance and upholding professional and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and implement individualized treatment plans
• Direct, delegate, and coordinate all discipline-specific therapy services
