Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state licensure Experience in hospital, outpatient, or similar clinical settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and comprehensive patient evaluation skills Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families Commitment to safety protocols and patient-centered careKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician direction and patient goals Oversee discipline-specific therapy services and delegate tasks as needed Design functional rehab programs to support patients' effective return to community life Maintain clear, concise, and compliant documentation in patient records Serve as a resource for patient, family, peer, and student education Promote and uphold safety and compliance standards on a daily basis Actively pursue ongoing professional development, including participation in mentorship for students and personal growth activities Ensure all care is provided under current and valid physician orders, adhering to applicable regulations and practice actsBenefits and Perks:
