Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, flexible to facility needs
Key Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in applicable state Experience with outpatient therapy services preferred Knowledge of developing and modifying individualized treatment plans Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to professional codes of conduct Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop effective therapy program goals Delegate and supervise therapy activities as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical record documentation Foster patient and employee safety with a focus on best practices in patient handling and infection prevention Educate patients, families, and students; participate in clinical education and professional development Remain adaptive in a collaborative, high-quality care environment
