Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; assignment length and hours vary according to facility needs
Key Qualifications:
Current physical therapy license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure in the state) Previous PT experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Strong communication skills and professionalism Commitment to continued professional growth and regulatory compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and create functional, goal-directed treatment programs Modify and update plans according to patient progress, needs, and physician direction Delegate and coordinate discipline-specific therapy activities Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold regulatory standards Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Prioritize patient and workplace safety, following established safety policies and procedures Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in organizational initiatives and continuing education
