Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific hours to be discussed during the interview process)
Key Qualifications:
Valid and current Physical Therapist license Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or hospital therapy preferred Demonstrated ability to evaluate, design, and implement therapy programs based on individualized patient needs Strong collaborator with interdisciplinary teams Excellent communicator, both with patients and professional peers Upholds professional and ethical standards
Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with physician directives and patient needs Delegate and oversee therapy services, ensuring functional programs for community reintegration Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues Complete timely, compliant, and accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate on discharge planning and ensure seamless care transitions Adhere to safety policies, recognizing workplace hazards and taking proactive measures Participate in professional development, performance improvement, and advocacy activities Maintain professional licensure and meet all continuing education requirements
