Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (specific hours discussed at interview)
Core Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluation and ongoing assessment of assigned patients Develop, implement, and adapt individualized therapy plans in accordance with patient goals and physician directives Lead, delegate, and coordinate discipline-specific therapy services for assigned cases Design functional treatment programs aimed at restoring community participation Educate patients, families, staff, students, and yourself to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous learning Complete thorough, timely, and compliant documentation, care plans, and quality assessments Ensure all interventions meet safety protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices Uphold the organization's code of conduct, confidentiality, and core values
Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or eligibility) Previous hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred Demonstrated ability to educate others and uphold safety standards in all care activities Commitment to professional growth through ongoing education and collaboration Strong organizational, communication, and critical reasoning skills
