Required Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and current license as a Physical Therapist Experience or strong interest in hospital/outpatient therapy settings Ability to evaluate, plan, implement, and modify treatment for diverse patient needs and goals Adherence to state and federal therapy guidelines and ethical standards Strong documentation, communication, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to continuing education and ongoing professional growth
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design effective therapy plans Modify treatments and document clinical progress in accordance with organizational policies Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring a cohesive rehab approach Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students Follow rigorous patient and employee safety protocols Participate in student mentorship, interdepartmental performance improvement, and clinical competency programs Maintain licensure and compliance with all regulatory standards
