Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients thoroughly, formulating and updating individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective and safe program delivery. Design functional therapy programs for optimal community reintegration. Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students, fostering a continuous learning environment. Prioritize patient and employee safety; implement best practices in safe patient handling, infection control, and hazard identification. Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold the highest personal and professional standards. Complete timely and accurate documentation in line with clinic and regulatory requirements. Engage in and contribute to student programs as relevant, including mentorship and supervision. Actively participate in professional development and continuing education; develop and pursue individualized career growth plans. Participate in performance improvement and organizational safety initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist, eligible for practice as required by state law. Previous hospital or outpatient clinical experience preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and ongoing professional growth.
