Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
• Experience in a hospital or outpatient environment preferred
• Thorough knowledge of therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient, family, and team interactions
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in line with physician direction and patient goals
• Direct and delegate therapy services as needed for assigned patients
• Design functional treatment programs to support patients' reintegration into the community
• Serve as an educator to patients, families, colleagues, and students
• Document treatments thoroughly, accurately, and promptly, following all guidelines and policies
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and professional codes of conduct
• Actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives and student programs
• Create and execute your own professional development plan and complete state-mandated continuing education
