Active Physical Therapy license (TX or compact state) Prior hospital or acute care therapy experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to patient care Ability to adapt to varying clinical settings and patient populationsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for diverse patient populations within a hospital environment Design and implement individual care plans, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and post-discharge care Accurately document assessments, goals, and outcomes per facility and regulatory standardsBenefits and Travel Perks:
