Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for diverse patient populations within a hospital environment Design and implement individual care plans, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and post-discharge care Accurately document assessments, goals, and outcomes per facility and regulatory standards
