Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible duration based on facility needs.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing (or eligibility to obtain). Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred. Proven competency in evaluating and developing individualized therapy treatment plans. Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to ethical care and patient confidentiality per professional codes. Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans per physician direction and patient goals. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned caseload. Foster effective, functional therapy programs to support community reintegration. Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices. Participate in clinic safety protocols and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain clear, timely clinical records and comply with all regulatory requirements. Support students through supervision and constructive feedback as part of clinical training initiatives.
