Qualifications & Experience:

Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona. (Compact state eligibility accepted) Experience in hospital-based physical therapy preferred Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care Effective communicator able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to acute rehab patients Assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment interventions Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards Work collaboratively with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
