Key Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Dakota (or eligibility to obtain) Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment programs for patients across diverse backgrounds Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly Educate patients and families about treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies Adapt therapy plans as patients progress, ensuring effective recovery
