Travel assignment — flexible contract length Outpatient, hospital-based therapy settingQualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and valid state license for Physical Therapy (PT), or eligibility to obtain Previous hospital, outpatient, or acute care therapy experience preferred Proficiency in comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment plan development, and modification based on patient goals and physician directives Strong commitment to patient and workplace safety Excellent communication skills with ability to educate patients, families, students, and peers Active pursuit of continuing education and professional growthKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients utilizing sound clinical reasoning Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans aimed at functional return to daily activities Accurately document all patient records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and clinic policies Provide responsible delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services Educate patients, families, and students within a supportive environment Uphold high standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance with organizational values Contribute to performance improvement and safety initiatives within the clinicOutstanding Benefits & Perks:
