Requirements:
Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain Experience in outpatient therapy preferred; strong clinical reasoning and documentation abilities Excellent communication skills to educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Knowledge of evidence-based patient safety techniques, infection control, and clinical guidelines Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development through continuing education
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans Modify therapy interventions as needed, ensuring effective return to functional community activities Maintain detailed documentation in alignment with clinic and regulatory standards Supervise and delegate duties to support staff as appropriate Serve as a resource for families, patients, and peers, fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance Uphold high standards of personal appearance, punctuality, and professional conduct
