COPY LINK link A Travel Therapist (PT) role is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this role, you will provide patient care in a home health setting across multiplemunities, including developing individualized plans of care to be followed by the patient, caregiver, and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) during subsequent visits. You will collaborate with physicians to address patient needs and ensure appropriate care and actively participate in weekly interdisciplinary case conferences to support recertification and discharge planning. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of home health physical therapy, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job duration: Minimum 3-month temp/contract role (potential for extension)

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

On-Call/Weekend Requirement:

None (flexibility available for schedule adjustments as needed) Key Responsibilities Performprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete accurate and timely documentation, including OASIS assessments Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and safety measures Maintainpliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapy (PT) License•Florida issued Home health experience OASIS experience Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal andmunication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Patient-focused approach with strong clinical judgment
