Travel assignment Typical outpatient clinic hours
Key Qualifications & Experience :
Current and active Physical Therapist license Experience in a hospital outpatient setting preferred Skilled in comprehensive patient evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and adherence to state/federal regulations Excellent documentation, communication, and critical reasoning abilities Ability to educate and collaborate with patients, families, students, and colleagues
Primary Responsibilities :
Complete thorough patient assessments and implement tailored therapy interventions Direct and delegate therapy-specific services for assigned patients Develop and modify functional treatment plans to support safe community reintegration Adhere to physician-directed and insurance-approved care standards Document care accurately and efficiently in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory requirements Engage in professional development and contribute to student learning initiatives Promote and model organizational safety protocols in all patient and workplace interactions Participate in quality improvement discussions and action plans
