Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in line with physician direction. Implement, modify, and document therapy plans to guide patients toward functional community reintegration. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues to foster a collaborative healing environment. Ensure timely, accurate medical record documentation compliant with all relevant guidelines. Participate in ongoing performance improvement and professional development initiatives. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and organizational core values. Take part in student programs, supporting education and skill-building for the next generation of therapists.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license in state of assignment (MA) or eligibility to obtain. Experience in outpatient therapy preferred, with demonstrated clinical competence. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Dedication to professional ethics and compliance standards.
