Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, flexible hours with a consistent weekday scheduleQualifications:
Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Experience in an outpatient or hospital therapy setting preferred Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment, and care planning Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise therapy aides as needed Commitment to high standards of ethics, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols Excellent communication skills for educating patients, families, and coworkersResponsibilities:
Complete thorough evaluations and tailor evidence-based treatment plans to meet unique patient needs and goals Oversee implementation and adaptation of therapy programs for safe, functional return to community activities Document care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory guidelines Promote patient and staff safety in all aspects of daily therapy operations Engage in clinical education for students, peer mentorship, and professional growth opportunities Embrace best practices, adherence to organizational policies, and participation in performance improvement initiativesBenefits and Perks:
