Schedule/Hours:

Business Casual dress code Expect 12-13 patient visits per day Active caseload of 25-30 patients, primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals

Your Experience Will Include:

Evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, including but not limited to: Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post-operative back pain, calf strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures, low back pain, headache, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff injuries, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacements Utilizing NextGen Case Management Systems for documentation and compliance Conducting thorough fall risk assessments and creating targeted treatment plans Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Delivering compassionate, patient-focused care, adapting therapeutic strategies to individual needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic Experience working with varied age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Comfort managing a dynamic, diverse caseload and busy daily schedule
