Schedule/Hours:
Travel position, schedule details provided during onboarding. As a valued therapist in this outpatient setting, you'll assess and develop individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys with expert care and creativity. The role offers a unique chance to educate patients, families, peers, and students, and champion a culture of safety and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Implement, modify, and adapt therapy interventions in alignment with patient goals and physician direction. Delegate and direct discipline-specific services for assigned patients. Uphold clinical documentation standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. Promote a culture of safety, maintaining awareness in areas such as safe patient handling and infection control. Mentor students and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives. Apply organizational performance improvement processes to maximize quality of care.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as required for therapy practice in Colorado. Experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred. Commitment to professional growth and active participation in continuing education. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities. Dedication to patient safety and adherence to ethical codes of conduct.
