Travel/contract-based schedule (specific hours to be confirmed with assignment)Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Demonstrated competence in evaluating, developing, and modifying therapy plans for diverse patient needs Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Commitment to patient and employee safety Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Dedication to continuing professional development and ethical practice Proficiency in clear, thorough medical record documentationKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients, develop/implement individualized treatment plans, and update goals per physician direction Lead, delegate, and direct discipline-specific therapy services for patients Design functional rehabilitation programs for optimal return to community activities Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues Complete medical record documentation accurately and in a timely manner Promote a safe environment by following hospital and clinic safety guidelines Participate in student supervision and professional development initiatives Uphold all regulatory and practice standardsBenefits & Perks:
